The prices on this web site, and in our catalog, are on a "per event" basis. We consider this to be a maximum of 72 hours, allowing for a day of delivery and set-up, a full day for the event and a day for take-down and return. Longer term rates are also available. A separate pricing schedule applies dunk tanks.
Dunk Tanks are rented on a twenty-four hour basis. For evening events, the device may not be available until 5:00 p.m. and must be returned by 9:00 a.m. the following morning.
Loss or Damage
The customer is responsible for rented equipment from the time of delivery until the time of pick-up. In the case of will call items, the customer is responsible from the time of pick-up until the time of return. Please be certain that the equipment is secure at all times and protected from weather and irrigation systems. We do charge for broken, damaged or missing items. Replacement charges for each item are available upon request and may be obtained prior to renting.
Advance reservations are recommended for maximum availability of our inventory. A deposit of 50% is requested when making a reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event. For the exception of tents, quantities may be changed any time prior to 48 hours before delivery without financial penalty. Reservations on tents and canopies are 25% non-refundable if canceled 30 days or less prior to the event; and 100% non-refundable if canceled 48 hours or less before the event.
Reservations can be made over the telephone, via email or in our showroom.
We deliver to all parts of Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington. Deliveries in the Portland metropolitan area are generally $25 each way. Rates to other locations are based on mileage from our Hillsboro showroom and can be calculated upon request. These prices assume that the rentals are being delivered to a level area within 75 feet of the truck or 10 stairs. Objects being carried further by personnel from THE PARTY PROs are subject to a surcharge.
Hours of Operation
We are open 8:00 a.m. till 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
From Memorial Day until Labor Day, we are open from 10:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. on Sundays.
Tents are an excellent way to enhance and expand your event. There are a few things you should keep in mind: they generally require level ground with no overhead obstructions (such as trees or wires) and generally require a five foot buffer around the edge in order to erect and stake the tent. In circumstances where the tent cannot be staked (due to concrete, underground utilities, irrigation lines, etc), we prefer to use water barrels. There is an extra charge for water barrels and a hose bib is required.

Dish, Glass & Flatware Rentals
Dishes, flatware and glasses should be scraped clean and placed in their original containers prior to return. It is not necessary to wash or rinse them.
Linens should be shaken and dried prior to return in order to prevent mildew. A mesh laundry bag will be provided for your convenience. Linens with burn marks, holes or wax will be considered damaged and a replacement fee will be charged.
Tables & Chair Rentals
Tables should not be tacked, stapled or nailed. Tables and chairs should be wiped down and stacked for pick-up.
Set-Up and/or Take-Down
Set-up and take-down services are available with deliveries for an additional charge. Please make arrangements through our order desk.
Errors or Dysfunctional Items
Immediately report any items not received as expected so that we can provide replacements and make adjustments to your rental contract.
